Customer Service Representative

DEPARTMENT: Front of House JOB ROLE: Receptionist REPORTING TO: Store Manager WORKING HOURS: Branch Determined POSITION PURPOSE: Effectively & efficiently perform all front of house functions LOCATION: Menlyn Mall, Brooklyn Mall KEY RESPONSIBILITIESResponsible for but not limited to the following broad job functions:

  • Greet Customers, Direct Visitors and Manage incoming Calls
  • Keep reception area neat and clean at all times
  • Assist with client requests and inquiries
  • Client Communication (quotes, job status etc)
  • Printing and Processing Invoices
  • Receive Payments (Cash & Credit Card)
  • Selling Company Products
  • Stock Taking & Stock Management

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Matric (Grade 12) – Essential
  • Administrative Experience – Preferable
  • Retail Experience – Preferable
  • PC Literate (Excel, i-Tunes, Emails etc) – Preferable
  • Apple Experience – Beneficial
